Smoketime Refund Policy

At Smoketime, we are committed to providing high-quality THC-A products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to industry regulations and the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and returns. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to state and federal regulations governing cannabis products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any products once they have been purchased, opened, or delivered.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right. To qualify for a replacement or store credit:
*Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
* Provide a clear photo of the damaged or defective product, along with your order number.
* Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. We do not issue cash refunds.
3. Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the cost of returning the incorrect item and ensure you receive the correct product promptly.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Smoketime is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your order at the time of delivery.
5. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
